With this Lifestyle & Diet Individual Consultation, you will get to know your body type, imbalances of the dosha’s (vata, pitta, kapha energies), an indication of the level of toxins in the body and a protocol to create balance in your Dosha’s and improve the basic functioning of the body & mind essentially necessary in creating supreme health. The protocol only includes diet & lifestyle techniques which aim to create balance & improved health through naturally eliminating toxins and stabilizing metabolism, energy, digestion and other Ayurvedic principals to health. This is with Living Ayur Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Diet Consultants, classically trained, or even Ayurvedic Practitioner Jade Ragunathan who will focus on diet & lifestyle alone for improved health.

INDIVIDUAL YOGA THERAPY SESSIONS
Undergo a consultation which will involve an assessment of your physical needs and goals and an appropriate practice will be designed and taught to you. The practice may include some or all of the modified tools of yoga like movement (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), sound (mantra), visualisation (darana) and meditation (dhyana).
Yoga Therapy is highly individualised and while stretching and strengthening of the muscles is important, the priority is to identify the blocks, physical and mental, that impedes the flow of prana (or subtle energy) which leads to ill health.
